Project Description

Opposite the Buttes Chaumont park, this bright, double-exposure 3-room apartment with terraces was renovated and refurbished with a minimalist approach. By removing a corridor, the layout was altered to create a comfortable bathroom and additional storage in the corners of the rooms, thus leaving the spaces free of clutter. The corridor and kitchen were redesigned in an L shape, with clean lines and contrasting materials, to take full advantage of the living room and terrace. The contrasting materiality of rough and smooth materials such as oak, marble and concrete give this flat a clean, soothing and timeless atmosphere.
